The concrete communication situations and the simple activities on which the course is based are aimed at facilitating the interaction thus stimulating the motivation to learn French. The method used by the teacher is based on practical work: the child must carry out ludic and creative assignments which stimulate his pleasure and taste for learning.

The Les Loustics 1  method proposes a cultural and interdisciplinary open approach by using accessible and diverse authentic documents. The chosen subjects and documents are adequate for the children’s universe full of energy and joy: Bon appétit ! Vive l’école ! Bientôt les vacances ...

The method also proposes preparing the student for the DELF Prim exam.

The method used by the teacher is based on practical work: the child must carry out ludic and creative assignments which stimulate his pleasure and taste for learning.

The  Les Loustics 2   cover the second part of the A1 level CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). The method proposes a cultural and interdisciplinary open approach by using accessible and diverse authentic documents. At the end of each lesson (unit), a short documentary presents a cultural issue based on which a project must be drafted. For instance, the student discovers the signs of the Highway Code and he must present a pictorial. The chosen subjects and documents are adequate for the children’s universe full of energy and joy : Nos amies les bêtes, Bientôt les vacances…

At the end of this course, the student may take the DELF Prim exam for level A1.

The concrete communication situations and the simple activities on which the course is based are aimed at facilitating the interaction thus stimulating the motivation to learn French. The method used by the teacher is based on practical work: the child must carry out ludic and creative assignments which stimulate his pleasure and taste for learning.

The  Les Loustics 3   cover the second part of the A2 level CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). The method proposes a cultural and interdisciplinary open approach by using accessible and diverse authentic documents.
The chosen subjects and documents are adequate for the children’s universe full of energy and joy: Tous différents, Des jardiniers en herbe… The introduction of writing is made progressively thanks to the activity book. At the end of each lesson (unit), a game and the completion of a project help associate the knowledge acquired in context and lively interactions. A dynamic song at each lesson (unit) and numerous authentic documents allow the student to obtain literary, musical and cinematographic references.

The method also proposes the preparation of the student for the DELF Prim exam.
